Hi, I’m Arul.

I started arulmjoseph.com back in 2011 with one straightforward goal — help small businesses get online without spending a fortune or waiting months.

Back then I was working alone, juggling everything from design and code to client calls and invoices. It was exhausting at times, but I genuinely loved the work. There’s something deeply satisfying about handing a client a finished website and watching them light up when they see it for the first time.

Fourteen years later, that feeling hasn’t changed. What has changed is everything around it — the team, the tools, the scale, the clients. arulmjoseph.com has grown from a solo setup into a small but capable web design practice here in Kozhikode, and we’ve now built over 500 websites for clients from Kerala to Dubai to London to New York.

I’m a certified Shopify Partner. We’re registered as an MSME under the Government of India (Udyam No: UDYAM-KL-08-0062793). Honestly, the process is pretty simple. You tell us what you need, we ask a few questions to understand your business, and then we get to work. No complicated onboarding. No unnecessary meetings. No fluff.

Most of our clients are running actual businesses — they don’t have time for long back-and-forth processes. So we keep things direct. We give you a clear quote, a realistic timeline, and we stick to both.

We use AI tools to speed up certain parts of the workflow — drafting content, generating design variations, testing layouts. But every website that goes live has been reviewed, refined, and finished by a real person. The human eye still catches what the algorithm misses.

Once the site is live, we don’t disappear. Many of our clients have been working with us for five, eight, even ten years. That kind of relationship only happens when the work is good and the service is honest.

Where we are

We’re based in Kozhikode — also known as Calicut — in northern Kerala. Our office is at APM Haji Tower, Palazhi Pala, near HiLITE Mall, Kozhikode, Kerala 673014.

That said, almost all our client work happens remotely. We’ve collaborated with clients across India, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and New Zealand without anyone needing to travel anywhere.
