I don’t start designing until I understand your business. Here’s my typical process:
Step 1 — Discovery. We talk about your business, your competitors, your target audience, and your goals. I research your industry and identify what your website needs to accomplish. This step is what separates a generic site from one that actually works.
Step 2 — Planning & Wireframing. I map out the site structure, page hierarchy, and user flow. You’ll see a wireframe or layout mockup before any code is written, so we’re aligned on direction early.
Step 3 — Design & Development. I build your site using the right technology for your needs — WordPress, Shopify, Drupal, or custom HTML/CSS. Every site is mobile-responsive, SEO-optimized, and performance-tested.
Step 4 — Review & Revisions. You review the site, suggest changes, and I refine until you’re happy. I don’t charge for reasonable revisions — getting it right matters more than rushing to launch.
Step 5 — Launch & Handover. I handle hosting setup, domain configuration, SSL certificates, business email, and everything needed for a smooth launch. You also get a walkthrough so you can manage basic updates yourself.
Post-launch support is available through affordable maintenance plans — because websites need ongoing care, not a “set it and forget it” approach.
