Adobe abandons $20 billion acquisition of Figma

In response to increasing regulatory scrutiny in the UK and EU, Adobe and Figma jointly announced on Monday the mutual termination of their merger agreement. The agreement, which entailed Adobe’s proposed $20 billion acquisition of the Figma product design platform, will no longer proceed.
